| How can you supply websites at such a low
price? |

| When you say "all inclusive price",
what does this mean |
Exactly what it says on the Website Packages
page. It really is “what-you-see-is-what-you-get”.
Everything is included, the creation of your website, a
.co.uk domain name for the website FREE for the first year,
and 12 month FREE hosting.

| What happens after the first year? |
If you wish to continue with your website
– and we’re pretty sure you will, then simply
renew the domain name for another year, or two, and renew
the hosting. It’s not expensive. The domain name costs
£12 for each year, and the hosting costs £25
for a full year.

| How do I get a domain name? |
We help by searching for the best available
domain name for you. We usually recommend a .co.uk name
for businesses in the United Kingdom – this helps
with Google searches. However, there are others available
such as mydomain.info, or mydomain.name. Whichever you choose
we help select and obtain the best name for your website.
So, no worries, let us do the work for you.

| I already have a domain name, can I have
one of your budget websites? |
Of course. Simply tell us the domain name
and we will create and host a low-cost website for you.

| How do I start? |

Page, or better still, complete the form and send this to
us. We will get in touch immediately to give you full details
of what we need for your website. It’s pretty simple.
All we need is for you to tell us about your business. That
should be easy – after all, you’re the expert.
Then, some really good photos that show off your business
in the best possible way. We can help with the text and
photos to make sure everything looks good. That’s
it, easy-peasy.

| I’m not the world’s best writer,
how can I be sure what I write makes good sense? |
| That is certainly not a problem. We
help and make sure that the text you send looks good,
correcting anything that would spoil your website. Plus,
we make sure that the text is presented on the page in
the best possible way.

| What about photographs, the ones in the
examples look really good? |
With digital cameras most people are now
able to take good quality photographs. We just need photos
of you, your business, your products, and anything else
you would like to place on your website. Send them to us
and we use the best software to ensure they will look good
for your visitors..

| Once I have my website, can I make changes? |
Yes you can. Perhaps you want to change
some of then text, or add a different photo? To make the
changes simply send the new text and/or new photos to us.
We make the changes as soon as we receive the material.
There is no charge for this for customers with a Starter-Pack
website or Premium Website.
Customers with Custom Websites can make changes too of course.
How this is done and the costs involved depends upon the
size of the Custom Website, but the method and pricing structure
is agreed at the time of placing the order.
